    Are there really no costs or obligations for our golf course?


    No. Golf ball recovery is 100% free of charge for you and without any contractual risks. We finance ourselves through the resale of the balls to certified buyers and invest in long-term partnerships.

    Will play be affected during the diving operation?
    No. Our professional divers work discreetly and without restrictions for players. No areas need to be closed off.
    How does remuneration work and what options are available?

    You receive remuneration per ball recovered – either as a direct payment or as attractive credits, e.g. for services such as waterway desludging or products such as ready-to-sell lake balls or new range balls.

    Why is golf ball recovery sustainable?

    With each recovery, plastic and heavy metal components are removed from your waters before they decompose and impair water quality. The recovered balls are sorted, processed and returned to the cycle. This creates an ecological benefit for your golf course instead of a long-term burden on the environment.

    Are your golf ball divers specially qualified and insured?
    Yes. The operations are carried out exclusively by experienced, fully insured professional divers who specialise in golf courses. This means that they know, for example, where and how to move around your facility and how to carry out their work without causing any disruption.
    How often should recoveries be carried out?

    Depending on the frequency of use of the course and the number of water hazards, we recommend at least 1-2 dives per year.

    What happens to the golf balls after they have been recovered?

    After the dive, our divers take the balls with them, wash them and count them. You will then receive an evaluation of the number of balls recovered and the remuneration options available. The balls are sorted and returned to the cycle. This creates a sustainable benefit instead of waste in the water.

    How quickly can appointments be arranged and how long does a dive typically take?
    We plan several tours per year in different regions, so you never have to wait long for the divers. Depending on the size and number of water hazards, a diving operation usually takes between half a day and two days.

 Is it worth taking a second look?

    Yes, absolutely! We regularly recover tens of thousands of balls from facilities that have already been serviced. Many divers only retrieve what they can use themselves. We, on the other hand, recover all balls for permanently clean waters and maximum revenue. Try us out – even after your divers have been on site!

    Is it really worth having us recover balls, or is the effort greater than the benefit?

    Even in small or hard-to-reach ponds, we regularly find many balls. Your risk remains zero: if we don’t find anything, you incur no expense. If we find something, you benefit directly.
